School in the Cloud provides innovative homeschooling for students. It’s a private school based in Warsaw. I worked on optimizing the apply page, alongside the collage illustrations.
The problem
The client needed a single application page to serve both middle and high school applicants. Each group required different content, but duplicating pages risked inefficiency and user confusion. The challenge was to design information architecture that segmented content clearly while keeping the experience simple and intuitive.

The solution
Navigation Tabs for Context Switching: I added tabs above the header, allowing users to quickly switch between middle and high school application content without losing orientation.
Secondary CTAs for Conversion: Additional context-specific CTAs were placed below the contact section, ensuring users always had a clear next step regardless of where they were on the page currently.

Results
The project successfully handled the primary business objective: over 1,000 student registrations were processed through the site, with applicants successfully selecting their correct educational level with drop-off rate reduced by 18%.
Collage illustrations
I utilized a mixed-media aesthetic, specifically combining realistic textural elements (such as paper) with scalable vector graphics.
This creative direction was a deliberate choice to foster a unique DIY feel that aligns with the client’s innovative, personal, and approachable homeschooling brand.
