Brainstorming and research
I always begin my design process with research, even with a little budget. In this case, I extensively brainstormed with my client on calls and took time to understand their vision. Outside the calls, I used the power of the internet to research our competition, find market reports, and use all that knowledge to our advantage.
The vision of the client’s app quickly became apparent. The goal was to create a new job-finding system and eliminate the need for personal CVs. The solution is a swipe-based user interface that matches employers with candidates with the assistance of AI.
Fully interactive prototype for seed startup funding
One of my client’s main goals was to build a fully functional prototype of the app using the full power of Figma interactions. The prototype aimed to be used at the seed startup phase to show the product vision and raise funding.

Our matching system is tailored to the unique needs of both employers and candidates. The design seamlessly accommodates both scenarios. The first screen presents an anonymized candidate profile, while the second screen showcases the employer profile, ensuring a user-friendly experience for all.
